High end French pastry store specialized in mini caneles (French pastry from South West of France). We also sell financiers and croissants. Looking for a baker with baking and culinary skills (need to know how to bake croissants and will be trained to bake caneles for 1 month in December) and capacity to work fast and efficiently - Very small space with open kitchen right behind customer counter so need to find a person who is very organized and can work under view of customers.
