We are now looking for a  Manager Distribution Analytics & Contracting  to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group!

As the Manager Distribution Analytics & Contracting, your primary mission is to empower the Distribution and Revenue Management team by providing insightful reports and analytics that drive optimization strategies for our hotel business. Your role is multifaceted, with a core focus on leveraging data to enhance revenue generation and streamline operational efficiencies.

 

You will be instrumental in synthesizing complex data sets to uncover actionable insights, enabling the team to make informed decisions regarding pricing, inventory management, and market positioning. Your analytical prowess will be pivotal in identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the competitive landscape, allowing us to stay ahead of the curve in a dynamic market environment.

 

Furthermore, you will serve as the gatekeeper of contracting between our business and legal entities, supporting the Commercial Distribution team in ensuring compliance and mitigating risks associated with contractual agreements. Your attention to detail and thorough understanding of legal implications will safeguard our interests while fostering fruitful partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and distribution channels.

 

In essence, your mission encompasses driving strategic decision-making through data-driven analytics while safeguarding the integrity of our contractual relationships. Your contributions will be pivotal in propelling our hotel business towards sustained growth, profitability, and excellence in customer service.

 

The role sits at the intersection of Radisson’s sales, e-commerce, marketing, revenue management and distribution activities and requires cross-departmental co-operation.


Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Revenue Performance: Utilize data analytics tools to analyze revenue performance, identify trends, and assess market dynamics. Generate reports and provide insights to the Distribution and Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies, occupancy rates, and revenue streams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement revenue optimization initiatives based on analytical findings.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Provide strategic guidance and decision support to senior management based on data-driven insights and market analysis. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling to evaluate the impact of potential business strategies and initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable recommendations for improving business performance and achieving revenue goals.
  • Contract Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the business and legal teams to manage contracting processes and negotiations. Review and draft contracts together with legal and commercial representative, to ensure favorable terms and mitigate legal risks. Maintain contract databases, track contract milestones, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices related to contract management and compliance. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry standards to ensure that contractual agreements adhere to legal requirements.
  • General Project Support: Provide support to various projects and activities across departments as needed, leveraging analytical skills and expertise in contract management. Collaborate with team members to gather data, conduct analysis, and develop actionable insights to support project objectives and decision-making. Assist in the implementation of project plans, monitoring progress, and identifying areas for optimization or improvement.

Job requirements and qualifications: 

Minimum education:  Bachelor's or Master degree from accredited university - E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or related major preferred

Minimum experience:  At least three years’ business experience in an international environment with a focus on sales, revenue management, account management and e-commerce.

Experience gained in an OTA, Wholesaler or Hospitality group and previous revenue ownership an advantage.

Language skills: Fluent English both written and spoken, additional language skills are welcome.
