Financial Controller Analyst

Financial Controller role will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of financial and business performance management, including supporting month end and year end closed, preparation of financial reporting to business with sufficient level of analytical details, coordination of budget and forecasts delivery, as well as development of policies and procedures allowing for effective controlling.

Key Accountabilities:

·       Coordination of the execution of Budgeting and Forecasting process in alignment to the strategic targets as defined by management

·       Active review of month end and year close results to assure high level of financial accuracy and compliance with internal processes

·       Developing financial performance reviews and providing business with financial assessment on risk and opportunities

·       Providing ongoing business partnering through analytical support, financial evaluations (business cases, calculation of return investments, etc), financial projections and modelling, as well as critical assessments allowing for right decision making

·       Implementation and follow up on analytical KFIs to allow for better business performance

·       Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business through effective cost control or/and involvement in the sourcing process and financial valuation of the economical proposals

·       Establishing strong relationship with business stakeholders

Required Experience:

·       Min 3 years of financial controlling/accounting experience in multinational businesses with matrixial structures

·       Working with integrated reporting landscape (financial and consolidation systems)

·       Work with budgeting/month end reporting

·       Big four experience (Audit)

·       Experience in hospitality industry is welcome

Skills and Knowledge:

·       A good understanding of corporate operations and corporate transaction processes

·       Detail oriented but with capability for synthesis

·       Strong analytical skills

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Hands-on approach

Languages:

·       English

·       Local language (highly desirable)
