Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30 from 11:30AM - 2:30PM.
Open Interviews are being conducted at our sister restaurant
Olivetta - 9010 Melrose Ave, West Hollywood

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensures dining room is open promptly for meals.
• Ensures all guests are greeted and sat in a timely manner.
• Maintains constant awareness of table availability in designated area.
• Combines tables as needed to accommodate larger parties while maintaining sufficient aisle room for staff and guests.
• Maintains cleanliness of guest waiting area.
• Always verifies the total number of guests in each party.  
• Always demonstrates a pleasant demeanor and a sincere desire to be responsive to guest’s needs.
• Ensures that restaurant entrance and exit are always attended so as not to inconvenience guest(s).
• Always thanks guests for patronage and invites them to return.  
• Ensures environment lighting and temp are comfortable and checks amenities that need attention are handled appropriately and efficiently.
• Always exhibits extreme care when handling dishware, glassware, silverware, and food product.
• Accurately handles reservations and communicates the outlet’s hours of operation and encourages guest(s) to reserve a table in another outlet if booked.
• Refers reservations over 8 to the Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have experience in a guest contact position.
• Prior experience as a host preferred.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must possess a current RBS certification.
• Must possess a current Food Handler card.
