RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
- Lead stations in timely processing of in-house, catering and delivery orders with the highest attention to guestsatisfaction.
- Demonstrate follow-through on necessary service points with a focus on friendly and upbeat guest interactions.
-Maximize on opportunities to provide personal touches to encourage repeat business.
- Professionally field and resolve guest complaints, concerns and feedback.
Product Knowledge:
-Possess complete understanding of menu offering (recipes, portion control, presentation specifications,allergy/dietary implications)
-Retain up-to- date information on promotions and services.
Cash Handling:
-Accurately and efficiently navigate POS system to create, edit and finalize all order types.
-Correctly reconcile cash, credit card and tip transactions for entire store operation.
Store Maintenance:
- Lead team in maintaining neat and orderly FOH and BOH stations.
-Assist in upholding cleanliness of entire store in accordance with NYC Department of Health standards.
