We are now looking for a Guest Experience Manager ready to join a young and vibrant team and available to start immediately.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate genuine dedication and show a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Strong background in Rooms
  • A can-do positive attitude
  • Style & personality
  • Show integrity in all decisions
  • Leadership and assertiveness
  • Be passionately focused on great customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous hotel & managerial experience
  • Hands on approach
  • Knowledge of housekeeping, food & beverage departments and maintenance.

As a Guest Experience Manager, your role will be based in Front Office so you will be expected to provide exceptional service for our guests and carry out reception duties which include welcoming/escorting Guest, checking guests in/out, cash and key handling and dealing with any Guest’s queries and complaints. The role involves weekend, day and night shift work.

Entry Requirements:

  • Hotel Management experience within a 5* star environment is preferable.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence.
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Has an excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests.

The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, have a confident personality, works well under pressure and able to communicate in an effective manner with all our guests and fellow team members.

In line with current legislation requirements, you must be eligible to work within the UK or already hold a full and valid work visa. Those not meeting the above requirements will not be considered.
