We’re currently in search of a General Manager for The Osprey Restaurant who shares these values and will champion them at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. He/She strives to be a leader second-to-none, knows how to motivate a team, elevate standards, and cultivate an environment for learning as we all continue to grow. We’re looking for a people magnet, a genius at anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions. Our Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledgeable of restaurant operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
