Our world-class Food & Beverage team live and breathe by three guiding principles: creativity, a love of good food, and hospitality. We’re currently in search of a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to be second-in command as our Assistant Director of Outlets at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge.

We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, extremely hands-on, and can multitask with the best of them, a right-hand to the Director of F&B, and a genius at anticipating obstacles to elevate the overall Food & Beverage department at our hotel. Most important, someone who believes in cultivating an environment where leadership and team development go hand-in-hand and ensuring that all of our guests have a memorable, delicious and joyful experience, every time they visit. Our Ideal Candidate:

Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledgeable of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
