Description
Previously the home of legendary Marquee Club and Floridita, 100 Wardour Street has been transformed into a stylish Bar and Lounge, which is open for lunch as well as late-night cocktails and bar bites. Downstairs the glamourous basement restaurant and club is an exciting destination for dining and drinks, hosting live music five nights a week right in the vibrant heart of Soho. Next door is The Den, 100 Wardour Street’s very own cocktail piano bar for that members’ club feel.

We are looking for an immaculately and exceptional Reception Manager who has experience in a busy restaurant and is dynamic, driven and can cope well with a high-pressure environment.

You will work closely with the senior management team to maximize service delivery opportunities and in turn, ensure the continued success of the restaurant.

What we are looking for:

• Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team.
• Ability to deliver a warm and charming management style which will engage your guests
• Develop a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering clear goals
• Support the delivery of business strategies
• Previous experience of working as a Reception Manager in a similar environment.
• Actively seek guest feedback, responding accurately and efficiently
• Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
