Since then the company has become a vital player in London’s famous restaurant scene, owning some of the capital’s most celebrated restaurants, including Quaglino’s, Le Pont de la Tour, Bluebird and Coq d’Argent. 100 Wardour is full of history and has been at the centre of the social scene in Soho for years! Previously the home of legendary Marquee Club and Floridita, 100 Wardour Street has been transformed into a stylish Bar and Lounge, on the ground floor, open from lunch to late night cocktails, and a glamorous basement restaurant and club. An exciting destination for dining and drinks! From lunch meetings, to the we host live music five nights a week, we are truly part of the vibrant heart of Soho.

We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5-star service to guests. At the same time, our Demi Chef de Partie will have the food knowledge and skills to support the team in order to deliver outstanding food, and in turn a superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team, leading and supporting on various sections to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management.
