Cloakroom Attendant

100 Wardour is full of history and has been at the centre of the social scene in Soho for years! Previously the home of legendary Marquee Club and Floridita, 100 Wardour Street has been transformed into a stylish Bar and Lounge, on the ground floor, open from lunch to late night cocktails, and a glamorous basement restaurant and club. An exciting destination for dining and drinks! From lunch meetings, to the we host live music five nights a week, we are truly part of the vibrant heart of Soho.

We are currently looking for a Cloakroom Supervisor, who will work closely with the Reception Manager and the reception team in order to ensure customers’ expectations are met and delivered from the very start of their experience to the moment they leave our venue.

Key responsibilities:

·Lead the Cloakroom team
·Supervise the team attach tickets to customers’ items and issue customers with a matching ticket
·Ensure the customers’ items are safely placed on hangers or racks, on shelves or in lockers or, occasionally, in safety-deposit boxes
·Coordinate to return the items to customers on receipt of the matching ticket
·Remain on duty
·Safeguarding items
