Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Searching for a service oriented  Assistant General Manager for historic location in Midtown, Atlanta. Candidate must have minimum 3 years experience as a manager in a polished casual environment.   Daily responsibilities include mentoring and development of the entire team as well as daily operation of shifts.  You will work alongside the kitchen manager/chef to deliver top quality cuisine and exceptional service to our patrons.  Knowledge of industry trends in service and substance is important. You will work in collaboration with the owner to develop menus, events, marketing initiatives, and guest retention.  We are at the Rainbow Crosswalk and celebrate diversity and inclusion.  

Physical demands of the job include standing on your feet for extended periods and being able to lift 50 pounds from the ground.  You must be able to work late nights several nights a week.
