20 Stories has become an integral part of the city of Manchester's restaurant scene. Locally known as 'The restaurant in the sky', it has become well known for not only its jaw- dropping 360-degree views but its fantastic menus, beautiful design and for one of the liveliest bars in town. The menu represents its location by showcasing the best of the Northwest, with an aim to source ingredients no more than 50 miles from outside Manchester. D&D London is a group of diverse restaurants, bars and hotels based principally in London, but also with venues in Paris and New York. It was founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi (the eponymous D and D) in 2006, following a buyout of Conran Restaurants. Since then the company has become a vital player in London’s famous restaurant scene, owning some of the capital’s most celebrated restaurants, including Quaglino’s, Le Pont de la Tour, Bluebird and Coq d’Argent.

We are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5-star service to our guests. At the same time, our Pastry Chef de Partie will confidently support the team and lead a section. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management. The ideal candidates will have good food knowledge and Health and Safety standards, passion for cooking and bags of enthusiasm.

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the pastry section are managed in an effective, efficient and productive manner under the guidance and supervision of the Sous and Head Chef.
