Description
2Beans is a gourmet coffee and chocolate store on Park Avenue, seeking a full time "Manager" for an upcoming new location.
The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of 2beans General Operation, including the Café, Chocolate and other Retail components of the store. The 2beans Manager Consistently supports the mission, vision and values of the company. He/she is passionate about the food/hospitality/Retail industries as well as customer service. They are a problem solver with strong work ethic and leadership skills. The Manager understands that customer satisfaction takes priority/urgency but also operational efficiency.
He/she is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as well as the 2beans Operational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Ensure Store is Open and Closed promptly according to posted hours of operation and according to opening and closing procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction with all products and services offered by 2beans.
• Maintain all Café/barista equipment/chocolate equipment in good working order and schedule repairs as needed
• Conduct ongoing trainings for team members on all aspects of the operation
• Ensure adequate inventory and storage of supplies and products. Monitor inventory and work with vendors to maintain supplies.
• Perform and instruct team members on cleaning tasks in accordance with 2beans standards to ensure the 2beans setting is a clean and sanitary environment.
• Responsible for conducting register logs, entering tips and closing registers on a daily basis.
• Have knowledge and implement all recipes and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Coordinate staff trainings, schedules and staff meeting in collaboration with the operations Director.
Train team members on good work behaviors and skills
