We are looking for an experienced and committed Chef de Partie to join the team at 34, part of Caprice Holdings.

34 restaurant is modern and vibrant with a contemporary art collection and open kitchen with the bespoke charcoal grill (parilla) in prime position. There is a wide selection of the finest beef, seasonal game and shellfish available which are all cooked on the grill. The restaurant benefits from live piano and jazz music in the evenings adding to the ambiance of the restaurant.

As Chef de Partie we expect you to effectively run a section ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and meet the standards of the Head Chef. A Chef de Partie is responsible for ensuring the more junior chefs in the section are given clear direction and effectively supervised to be able to develop their knowledge and skills.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:
• Have a minimum of 1 years’ CDP experience in a high quality and busy destination restaurant
• Have a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
• Are excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Are motivated and looking to develop their career as a Chef
