Major Food Group will soon be opening the doors of The Lobster Club located in The Seagram Building (formerly The Four Seasons and Brasserie Restaurants).
This fine-dining concept is hiring experienced LINE COOKS with JAPANESE CUISINE EXPERIENCE and strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety and sanitation, effective time management and quality control.
The position requires:
• At least 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants.
• Previous experience in Michelin-starred (1, 2, or 3) and/or NY Times (2 or more stars) is preferred.
