4 Charles Prime Rib in Greenwich Village is seeking experienced and committed Line Cooks to join our opening team. The restaurant is part of a Chicago based hospitality group called Hogsalt Hospitality, run by Brendan Sodikoff, and includes Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maude’s Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market. Pay rates range from $18-$22/hr based on experience.
We are looking for seasoned line cooks who have evening and weekend availability, a strong work ethic, a team player mindset and the ability to work well under pressure. Culinary degree a plus, but not required.
