The h.wood Group’s, newest venue 40 Love is seeking a hardworking and dedicated
General Manager. The ideal candidate possesses a guest first attitude, strong commitment to service, and
excellent communication. We ask for a willingness to receive and offer direction, be solutions
oriented, and encourage a hospitality driven environment. Open availability preferred.
Summary of Duties:
● Coordinate restaurant operation
● Deliver superior guest services and ensure acustomer satisfaction
● Respond efficiently to customer complaints
● Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
● Schedule staff based on forecast and performance measures
● Appraise personnel’s performance and provide coaching and counseling
● Act as positive spokesman for company and brand
● Maintain service and hospitality standards as outlined
