Description
We are recruiting for a passionate and confident Night Supervisor to provide high quality guest experiences in this beautiful hotel. You will be a motivated team player with excellent organisational skills, have a positive attitude towards training and development, as well as ensuring that our guests receive personalised outstanding service.
Hotel 41, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, has been voted the number 1 hotel in the UK by TripAdvisor, and also has a prestigious Forbes Five Star Rating. Hotel 41 is an exquisite hidden gem overlooking the Royal Mews at Buckingham Palace and minutes from Victoria Station. With 30 luxurious rooms and suites and breathtaking Executive Lounge, this Residents only, five star deluxe hotel is discreet but full of atmosphere.
The shift pattern for this role is 4 ON 4 OFF (8pm - 8am)
Key responsibilities of the Night Supervisor will include:
• Being responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel during the night
• Compiling the daily report and executing the Night Audit
• Leading a professional team ensuring guests are received in the correct manner
• Being responsible for the security and safety of the hotel
• Leading and developing your team
• Innovative ideas and experiences that enhance our guests’ stay
The ideal candidate for the Night Supervisor position should:
• Have previous experience working nights within a Front of House department
• Have strong leadership skills
• Be a quick-thinker and a confident team leader
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Hold a clean European and/or UK drivers licence
• Be willing to work full time and if necessary with a rota based on 4 days on and 4 days off 8.00pm-8.00am.
