Description
The Sr. Recruiter will have extensive knowledge of full cycle, high volume recruitment with a focus on hourly positions including both Front and Back of House, business acumen and be able to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. They will need to have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, highly organized, effective communicators, prioritization and time management skills, ability to push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency; all while being highly customer centered and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting, partnering with the business to source, screen, assess, select, and advise on hiring top talent
• Execute and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
• Act as a Consultant to the Leadership teams by applying recruitment advisory support to hiring managers by thoroughly understanding the talent needed to successfully deliver the company’s objectives
• Suggest innovative ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Provide excellent customer service to our hiring managers/teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
• Draft dynamic and eye-catching job ads to generate excitement and candidate flow

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Must show proven success with high volume, New Restaurant Opening recruiting
• Must have excellent written communication skills
• Must possess skills and experience in using online sourcing techniques, including social media. Proven success in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles
• Well-developed analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills
• Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and level of professionals
• Ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to fast changing environments
• Must be able to work independently
• Knowledge and experience in behavior-based and/or competency-based interviewing
