An exciting new restaurant, opening at 6703 MELROSE AVE in LOS ANGELES, CA is seeking an ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER to join our opening team! We are looking for a motivated leader capable of supporting a focused and quality-driven food, beverage, and service operation in a dynamic chef-driven restaurant in Los Angeles. Our restaurant focuses on pristine ingredients, outstanding presentation, and thoughtful service to deliver everyday opulence to each guest.
We are seeking a candidate that strives to train and develop staff into outstanding hospitality professionals while working floor shifts, performing administrative duties, and driving sales and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates are driven professionals, passionate about all aspects of hospitality, and able to oversee our wine and beverage program.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE includes at least 5+ years management in fine dining, a strong background in seasonal, market-driven kitchens, and an understanding of classic service technique.
