Front of House Team Leader

7Bone Burger Co. is a successful, fast casual restaurant with an old school American diner ethos. We currently have significant growth plans underway to become the leading dirty burger joint in the UK!

We’re recruiting for experienced front of house Supervisor to join our vibrant team. Service quality is just as important to us as quality food. We have a very clear vision & want people onboard to help us deliver excellence. You also have the benefit of free food on shift!

This position would suit an experienced supervisor/ team leader who is keen to take a step up to assistant manager in the future.

Duties, Responsibilities & Key Skills:

- Ensuring you go the extra mile & give impeccable service to all patrons
- Assist GM by leading the Front of House team
- Set an excellent example to the other team members
- Hard working & efficient
- Have great interpersonal skills
- Show real passion for the industry & an interest in the food we serve
- Have the ability to self-manage at busy times & be proactive in approach
- Most importantly, be a happy go-lucky character whose glass is half full!
- Lots of opportunities for progression
