Assistant Manager

7Bone Burger Co. is a successful, fast casual restaurant with an old school American diner ethos. We currently operate several sites across the country with significant growth plans underway to become the leading dirty burger joint in the UK.

We are now recruiting for a determined, hardworking, enthusiastic Assistant General Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience within a branded chain environment, have a real passion for service, and want to support the restaurant general manager in delivering outstanding results. You will have real ambition with a drive to develop & progress.

You will become a key part of the 7Bone management team, will be a valued team member and you will be an inspirational shift leader injecting high energy levels.

Your duties will include:

- Leading shifts from the front
- Responsible for overall restaurant management (rotas, ordering, shift management, EOD, H&S, audits etc.) and other duties as - designated by your General Manger in their absence
- Look to develop the business to maximise sales
- When leading the team, ensuring customer focus is the A1 priority & that the team deliver outstanding personal service in line with company best practice standards
- Supporting the General manager to ensure a high performing, smooth running restaurant
- Training & coaching new starters to ensure they meet the brand standards & achieve their potential
- Motivate & inspire the team
