7Bone Burger Co. is a successful, fast casual restaurant with an old school American diner ethos. We currently operate across several sites with significant growth plans underway to become the leading dirty burger joint in the UK.
We are now recruiting for an experienced, passionate and competent Kitchen Manager to join our team. The kitchen deals with high volumes so consistency and organisation is key with the ability to stay calm under pressure also a must.
You will become a key part of the 7Bone senior team so you must have experience working in a similar branded/chain setting and be willing to contribute ideas on how we can improve and develop further.
Your head chef duties will include:
- Daily kitchen management
- Becoming a kitchen station star performer (pass, grill)
- Ordering
- Stock control
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are being followed
- Training new starters
- Ensuring all food is cooked to spec
