We currently operate 13 sites across the country, with significant growth plans underway to become the leading dirty burger joint in the UK.

We are now recruiting for an experienced, organised & enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help manage one of our busy sites. The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record in management ideally within branded chain restaurants, have a real passion for service, be an outstanding man-manager/motivator and have the ability to get the best out of their team

You will become a key part of the 7Bone senior team so you must have experience working in a similar branded/chain setting and be willing to contribute ideas on how we can improve and develop further

Your duties will include:

· Day to day assisting the Restaurant Manager running the restaurant.

· Look to develop your business to maximise sales

· Performance management of staff, setting clear objectives to help you over deliver your personal targets set by the board

· Ensuring your team recognise customer focus is the A1 priority & that they deliver outstanding personal service in line with company best practice standards

· To ensure the necessary legislation (Fire, health & safety etc) is adhered to for your site

· Control & management of costs for your restaurant

· The recruitment, induction & retention of staff

· Training & coaching new starters to ensure they meet the brand standards & achieve their potential

· Motivate, inspire & lead the team

In return you will receive this:

· 40/ 48 Hour Contract

. salary: £24K to 28K year
