About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our hospitality team at Mercedes-Benz World. You'll work flexibly across the Café, Restaurant, and Staff Restaurant, ensuring guests receive excellent service at every touchpoint.

This is a hands-on and varied role where you’ll be involved in everything from preparing drinks and serving food to clearing tables and restocking. Every day will be different — but always fast-paced, rewarding, and team-focused.

• Serve customers using POS tills, taking accurate payment

• Prepare and serve hot drinks to a high standard

• Collate and deliver food to tables promptly and professionally

• Clear tables and maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment

• Restock fridges, snack displays, and confectionery stands throughout the day

• Follow opening and closing checklists accurately

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Comply with all food safety regulations and operational procedures

• Support the wider team across all F&B areas as needed

• A positive, can-do attitude and excellent customer service approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work across different service areas

• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is helpful but not essential — full training provided
