ABOUT US
Chef Michael works closely with Best Girl’s Chef and team, on the restaurant’s menu. Michael’s partners, Chef Crisi Echiverri and Donato Poto, have also been integral to the project, with Chef Crisi overseeing desserts, and Donato working on front-of-the-house service training and teaming up with Ace DTLA’s beverage director works on cocktails, beer and wine offerings.
Best Girl is a brand new restaurant from award-winning chef Michael Cimarusti, best known for his acclaimed restaurants, Providence and Connie & Ted’s. Best Girl is operated in partnership with Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles
Hours of operation are 7AM - 11PM daily.

We’re looking for creative, energetic, passionate, and dedicated individuals who want to work in a guest driven hotel and restaurant.
HOW TO APPLY
You can apply in person, every day at the hostess stand or at the front desk ask for an application or stop by on Thursday 10am - 12 noon in the rooftop we accept applications and do quick screenings/interviews.
