Head Reservationist

The reservtionist is a representation of the , service and overall hospitality of the Venue. It is your job to ensure that your team is performing at the highest level, and ensuring that all guests have The Ainsworth experience within the walls of your venue. The reservationist is responsible for overseeing all reservations, phone calls email inquiries for large party reservations and events. The reservationist is responsible for leading the host team. Meeting with your team on a weekly basis to go over sales goals, upcoming events, and making sure all team goals are met. The reservationist is expected to maintain and build lasting relationships with clients, as well as maintaining existing relationships. The reservationist is an important face of The Ainsworth, and is to remember they represent the company/brand at all times. We take great pride in the quality of The Ainsworth Brand. Our high standards can only be maintained through effective, responsible, team members who share our values and desire to provide our guests with the best experience each time they visit our establishment. Reservationist role is an hourly position that can become a salaried position after 3 month review. Includes bonuses and commission
