We are looking for a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator to join the fantastic Alba team.
Located near Harrods, Alba Restaurant embodies authentic Italian hospitality with a modern twist. Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new hires, this role focuses on delivering a seamless transition for new team members, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience at Alba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews for hospitality roles.
- Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and referrals to attract top talent with a passion for customer service.
- Interview Support: Schedule and coordinate interviews, arrange logistics, and prepare interviewers.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the ATS to ensure compliance and track hiring progress.
- Onboarding Preparation: Prepare new hire documentation, contracts, and benefits information for incoming hospitality employees.
- Induction Program Coordination: Plan and deliver the induction program, focusing on introducing new hires to company values, policies, guest service standards, and safety protocols.
