Since 1987, Ed’s Easy Diner has been the place to get awesome burgers, the coolest shakes, and mouth-watering American style desserts while you kick back enjoy the sounds of the juke box.

What do we look for in an Ed’s Kitchen Manager?
• To manage, lead and develop a team of people in order to provide the required quality of food, at a pace consistent with the environment, and satisfying the needs of the business whilst ensuring that Company policies, procedures and standards are maintained.
• A passion for all things food and a love of cooking
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your team
• A strong in understanding of how to run and manage a professional kitchen
• Realising your potential and helping others to achieve theirs
• Pride in the highest levels of cleanliness and health and safety
• Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced professional kitchen environment as a kitchen manager is desirable
