Job Description: Senior Sales Manager B2B/Enterprise Sales

Job purpose: As Senior Sales Manager B2B/Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for driving and delivering sales of AllBright digital membership and content distribution channels with prospective businesses and corporate partners globally.


Outline of key responsibilities:

  • Drive new business proactively from initial prospecting to signed contract
  • Understand the AllBright member to deliver our digital memberships and content to the appropriate business accounts to meet targets and maximise revenue 
  • Generate pipeline by proactively sourcing future commercial opportunities
  • Research and analyse sales options, producing proposals for customers to land new accounts by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Deliver polished and professional demos/presentations to clients being the face of AllBright
  • Create an account strategy to drive sales across the business
  • Work closely with the Partnerships, Digital and Membership teams to collaborate on client feedback regarding memberships and digital content offerings
  • Ensure that all member, client, and account data are accurately maintained on the relevant platforms
  • Act as a role-model and proudly deliver our promise to the members and clients by providing world-class service, with elegance, creativity, and unfailing attentiveness

Person Specification:

  • 10+ years/proven B2B sales experience, preferably in digital corporate sales/membership
  • Proven international sales experience
  • Experience in enterprise sales
  • Experience in an events/conference industry is desired
  • A self-starter, commercially driven, results focused, a global B2B Digital Salesperson
  • A background in ed-tech/SAAS sales or similar backgrounds is highly desirable
  • As a Sales professional you’ll also have a longstanding network of relationships with key corporates and business networks in the UK and globally  
  • Passion to provide a personalised customer experience, strong selling skills and deep product knowledge combined with solid experience of commercial management of digital sales
  • Candidates must be well-polished, enthusiastic and demonstrate success in delivering to sales targets
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Working to targets under high pressure situations
  • Strategic and financial competence
  • Planning and organisation skills
