Job Description: Corporate Membership Sales Manager

Reporting to: Senior Membership Sales Manager


Job Purpose

As Corporate Membership Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving and delivering the sales of AllBright Club membership with prospective businesses and corporate partners.


Outline of key responsibilities:

  • Utilize established contacts within corporate and social markets, building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to secure new business
  • Drive new business proactively from initial prospecting to signed contract
  • Generate pipeline by proactively sourcing future commercial sales opportunities
  • Research and analyse sales options, producing proposals for customers to land new business by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Deliver polished and professional presentations and in club tours to clients, being the face of AllBright
  • Host sales events and visit potential client’s businesses
  • Create an account strategy to drive sales across the business
  • Work closely with the AllBright club team to deliver personalised experiences through private hire, F&B, programming, and general membership
  • Ensure that all member, client, and account data are accurately maintained on the relevant platforms
  • Deliver on individual sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
  • Report weekly to club team on departmental statistics
  • Create bespoke packages and deck presentations for clients tailored to their needs
  • Act as a role-model and proudly deliver our promise to the members and clients by providing world-class service, with elegance, creativity, and unfailing attentiveness
  • Ability to research a list of applicable prospects for cold calling
  • Connected within the established sales community to drive immediate revenue
  • Connected to working associations that can boost the AllBright Brand Presence
  • To deliver in person/on video presentations which reflect the tone, culture, philosophy of the AllBright company
  • To understand all areas of the Global AllBright business to better communicate our bandwidth and global reach
  • Assisting with general membership sales and functions
  • Experienced in Salesforce, Excel, Powerpoint

General Responsibilities:

  • To undertake any additional duties as reasonably directed by Management
  • To adhere to company practices and procedures always in particular those relating to discipline, and Health and Safety
  • To assist any guests who may have special needs in moving around the building
  • To ensure good communication with all colleagues and supervisors

Person Specification:

  • 4+ years proven B2B sales experience, preferably in private club corporate sales
  • A self-starter, commercially driven, results focused
  • As a Sales professional you’ll also have a longstanding network of relationships with key corporates and business networks in the UK, London specifically
  • Passion to provide a personalised customer experience, strong selling skills and deep product knowledge combined with solid experience of commercial management
  • Candidates must be well-polished, enthusiastic and demonstrate success in delivering to sales targets
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Working to targets under high pressure situations
  • Strategic and financial competence
  • Planning and organisation skills
