Job Purpose

To promote and sell club membership for The AllBright Clubs, through outbound sales efforts, networking and cultivating member referrals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador by greeting, getting to know and understanding our members and clients in order to deliver a truly world class service

  • Deal with all internal and external calls in a professional and efficient manner, considering call response times, call handling and etiquette
  • Ensure that you provide guests, agents and clients of The AllBright with accurate and relevant information on all of The AllBright Club rates, packages, facilities and services in order to actively promote the Club and convert enquiries effectively into memberships and bookings
  • Ensure you maintain up to date knowledge of the Club, event facilities, services and activities taking place in London or the Club, in order to provide accurate information to members / guests and your team
  • Handle any member / guest requests, complaints or feedback in a service-oriented manner, escalating any situations that you are unable to resolve with the Group General Manager
  • Take personal ownership for identifying VIP bookings made by your accounts and team to ensure that these are flagged with the operations team so that special requests and arrangements can be made by the relevant persons
  • Foster good working relationships across all Club departments in order to encourage interdepartmental support, creative thinking and ensure production and service standards are maintained across the Club
  • Act as a role-model and proudly deliver our promise to the guests and colleagues by providing world-class service, with elegance, creativity, and unfailing attentiveness
  • Ensure that all member, client and account data (including new profiles, profile notes and traces) are accurately maintained on the relevant platforms by the Membership team. Follow up on all applications which are not fully completed
  • Follow up on all unpaid memberships, chase payments and request and send invoices when required
  • Structure and manage your own diary and that of your team’s member /client appointments in an effective manner to ensure that appointments are both constructive, concise and of value to the business
  • Project a positive and joyful attitude yet stay composed under pressurised situations in order to create goodwill and nurture working relationships with all colleagues of The AllBright
  • Take an active interest in the London Members Club scene and our competitors through regularly reading Club reviews and networking with industry peers
  • Ensure that you and the membership team are aware of and follow all administrative and guest correspondence standards as defined by The AllBright
  • Become a guardian of The AllBright, maintaining the highest possible professional standards always without compromise

Person Specification

  • As a Sales professional within the hospitality industry, you’ll also have a longstanding network of relationships with key London social and business networks and around the world
  • Passion to provide a personalised guest experience
  • Strong selling skills and deep product knowledge combined with knowledge of the latest trends in the London Private Members Club and a willingness to learn
  • A self-starter with previous sales experience, preferably in the private club or hospitality industry
  • Ability to demonstrate success in delivering to sales targets
  • Working to targets under high pressure situations
  • Planning and organisation skills
