Our Talent Development Team is small but deliver big results and 2022 will be no different.  

The team support our collection of 21 hotels with everything training & development, whether that’s organising pool responder courses, managing our learning portal “FLOW” or setting up coaching and development frameworks.  There really isn’t a part of the hotel or our team member journey that they aren’t supporting.

They have lots of projects to manage over the next few months and this is where you come in.  They are looking for someone to join their team and help support the day-to-day development & training admin activities.


This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in Learning & Development or HR and would like some real-life, on job experience.


There is a lot for you to get involved in, some of the key tasks will be:


  • Administration/ coordination of all training courses

  • Keeping the online learning system up to date

  • Management of the team inbox

  • Sourcing venues and sending joining instructions for training courses


What we are looking for:


No previous role experience and qualifications required.  


We are looking for someone who is familiar with using Excel & Word, can work to a deadline, be able to work as part of a team and have a willingness to learn.
