My World Enterprises is made up of a diverse group of passionate individuals who share a common love for food, dining experiences and hospitality. Under the MWE name is a portfolio of restaurants; Alondra’s Craft American Eatery, Alondra Hot Wings, and Taco Luv.

We’re looking for happy, creative, energetic, ambitious and positive people to join our growing team at Alondra Hot Wings! Team members are responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences for each guest, every time they walk through our doors, call us on the phone, or place an order online.

From greetings, our guests with a genuine passion to teaching our guests about our menu and customizing it for their personal preferences, to preparing top quality food in our open kitchen – our team members do it all!

We offer:
1. A competitive base hourly rate starting at $12.50/hr.

As a team member you will:
 Educate our guests about the menu and help assemble orders as requested
 Keep the guest ordering area, guest dining area, the restrooms clean and organized
 Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
 Put deliveries away
 Deliver a delicious, unique and memorable experience to each of our guests
 Handle all phone orders and 3rd party orders efficiently and correctly
 Handle payment transactions for all guests’ orders.
Our team members need to:
 Stand and/or walk for an entire shift. Our team members are in constant motion in order to deliver an AWESOME guest experience
 Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and fellow team members
 Lift up to 30 pounds

We are committed to training and supporting each team member so that they may grow within our organization. We’ll work as hard as you do in making this a successful restaurant!
