Join the Alondra's family! We are currently looking for an energetic, hospitality professional to join our team as a Shift Manager. As the Shift Manager, you will directly impact the customer experience, ensuring they have a positively memorable time while they dine with us.
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the restaurant during your shift. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to problem solve and understand how to work with guest and staff alike.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the smooth running of each shift by promoting cohesive teamwork and collaboration
2. Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
3. Support the store manager with team training and provide continuous performance feedback
4. Resolve escalated customer complaints
5. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant

• Good leadership abilities
• Tracks restaurant sales goals
• Minimizes food waste
• Knowledgeable about OSHA and food safety standards
• Skilled at resolving customer complaints
• Understands the customer-centric model and drives the best possible guest experience
• HIGH attention to detail
• Understands cash drawer double-counting procedures
• Promptly reports staff and customer issues to senior management. Utilize software for daily operations reporting
• Focused on leadership and prepared to train team members consistently
