Sanitation Lead

We are looking to fill the position of Sanitation Lead at our new factory in Red Hook. The candidate would ideally have previous experience working in mechanized food production, though this is not a requirement. We ask that the candidate be prepared to learn quickly, as the position requires that you work efficiently, carefully and deliberately. Much of the job will require you to work independently with our “clean-in-place” cleaning and sanitizing system, though you will also be part of the production team, and will occasionally be asked by the management to help the team accomplish the tasks of ice cream production. Able to work from approximately 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
