Production Chef

Production Chef De Partie, Monday - Friday 48 hours per week

Here at Angus Steakhouse, we are currently recruiting for an experienced, chef de partie to work in our production kitchen in our busy restaurant in Piccadilly.

The Ideal candidate will have good knowledge of food and production cookery with experience in a busy restaurant environment and be familiar with Food hygiene.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparing Mis en Place
• Preparing selected dishes as required
• Ensuring all Food hygiene guidelines are adhered to
• Working as part of a team ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ensuring all food is prepared to correct standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Working 48 hours per week Monday - Friday 7.30/8am - 5pm
