We are looking for experienced and charismatic Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team at our stunning private members club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square.
Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and includes restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The nightclub is located in the basement of the townhouse and pays homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden offers year round dining. The dining options are extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will have a passion for creating high quality desserts with the ability to show creativity and a desire to learn and develop your pastry skills. You will be expected to take responsibility for the effective execution of the dishes in the section ensuring consistent presentation and the highest standards are achieved at all times.
We are ideally looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie who has:
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef
• Experience working as a Pastry Chef in a high volume and fast passed restaurant
• Gained a qualification in pastry
• A passion for pastry with a desire to learn and develop skills
• An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
