Annabel’s – The Nightclub

We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Head Waiter to join the team at our stunning private members’ club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and includes restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The nightclub is located in the basement of the townhouse and pays homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden offers year round dining. The dining options are extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity.

As Head Waiter you will be responsible for liaising with the managers, floor staff and senior chefs within the restaurant to ensure the smooth running of each service. As Head Waiter you will supervise the floor staff to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards expected within a timely manner.

We are ideally looking for a Head Waiter who:
• Has previous experience in a similar Head Waiter/Supervisor role of a busy, private members’ club or high quality restaurant environment
• Has previous experience leading and supervising a large team and ensuring the standards are in line with the restaurant/club operating procedures
• Has a good understanding of all areas within a restaurant
• Has experience of completing closing down procedures at the end of shift
• Is an excellent team player with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
• Has experience of Fourth and EPOS systems
• Possess a good command of the English language
• Is passionate about food and keen to develop their knowledge on the menu, wine and cocktail lists
• Has a WSET qualification is desirable but not essential
