We are looking for an experienced and talented Sushi Chef de Partie to join the team of our stunning private members’ club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and includes restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The nightclub is located in the basement of the townhouse and pays homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden offers year-round dining. The dining options are extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity.

As Sushi Chef de Partie we expect you to effectively run your section ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are of a consistently high standard with excellent presentation.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:
• Have previous Sushi Chef experience
• Have experience of Sushi, Sashimi and Poke dishes
• Have a natural passion for quality food and knowledge of Asian produce
• Are excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Are motivated and looking to develop their career
