We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Senior Receptionist to join the team of our stunning private members club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and includes restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The nightclub is located in the basement of the townhouse and pays homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden offers year-round dining. The dining options are extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity

As Senior Receptionist, you and the reception team will be the first point of contact for our members upon their arrival therefore a passion for delivering the highest levels of service are essential. You will work closely with the Reception Managers. You will need to possess exceptional people management skills as well as being responsible for greeting our members and ensuring their arrival experience is smooth and effectively managed.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have:
• Previous experience in a Senior Receptionist role within a private members club or busy, high profile, high quality restaurant or hotel
• Have previous experience and a genuine passion for creating an excellent member experience and developing relationships with our members
• Impeccable appearance, an engaging personality and the ability to remain calm at all times
• Have the ability to multi task and effectively react to changing member needs
• Be a natural and confident communicator and possess an excellent command of the English language
• Be organised and motivated and see tasks through to completion
• Be an excellent team player with good administration skills
• A keen interest in the theatre, arts and current affairs is highly desirable
