Annabel’s – 46 Berkeley Square
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head Bartender to join our stunning private members’ club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square.
Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and includes restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The Nightclub is located in the basement of the townhouse and pays homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden offers year-round dining. The dining options are extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity.
As Head Bartender you will have flair, charisma and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to our members. You will be passionate about creating fantastic cocktails with the ability to advise and recommend to our members. As Head Bartender you will assist in the effective management of the bar ensuring the team are always delivering the highest quality of drinks and providing engaging service.
We are ideally looking for candidates who:
• Have previously worked as Head Bartender within a high quality bar or private members’ club delivering innovative cocktails
• Are excellent team players with good communications kills
• Develop good relationships with members and knowledge of their tastes and preferences
• Are proactive and eager to quickly exceed expectations of our members
• Have extensive knowledge of quality spirits, wines and cigars
• Have a passion to develop their knowledge and skills
