Reception Manager *NEW OPENING*

We are looking for experienced and charismatic Reception Manager to join the pre-opening team of our stunning new private members club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square will cover 26,000 square feet and will include restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The nightclub will be located in the basement of the townhouse and will pay homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden will offer year round dining. The dining options will be extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity.

As Reception Manager you and the reception team will be the first point of contact for our members upon their arrival therefore a passion for delivering the highest levels of service are essential. You will work closely with the other Club Reception Manager and together be responsible for leading the Reception Team. Therefore you will need to possess exceptional people management skills as well as being responsible for greeting our members and ensuring their arrival experience is smooth and effectively managed.

We are looking for a Reception Manager who has:
• Previous experience in a Reception Manager role within a private members club or busy, high profile, high quality restaurant.
• Have previous experience and a genuine passion for creating an excellent member experience and developing relationships with our members.
• Impeccable appearance, an engaging personality and the ability to remain calm at all times.
• Have the ability to multi task and effectively react to changing member needs.
• Be a natural and confident communicator and possess an excellent command of the English language.
• Be organised and motivated and see tasks through to completion.
• Be an excellent team player with good administration skills.
• A keen interest in the theatre, arts and current affairs is highly desirable.
