Head Waiter

We are looking for experienced and charismatic Head Waiters to join the team of our stunning new private members club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square will cover 26,000 square feet and will include restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The nightclub will be located in the basement of the townhouse and will pay homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden will offer year round dining. The dining options will be extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity.

As Head Waiter you will be responsible for liaising with the managers, floor staff and senior chefs within the restaurant to ensure the smooth running of each service. As Head Waiter you will supervise the floor staff to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards expected within a timely manner.

We are ideally looking for Head Waiters who:
• Have previous experience in a similar Head Waiter / Supervisor role of a busy, private members club or high quality restaurant environment
• Have previous experience leading and supervising a large team and ensuring the standards are in line with the restaurant / club operating procedures.
• Have a good understanding of all areas within a restaurant
• Have experience of completing closing down procedures at the end of shift
• Are excellent team players with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
• Have experience of Fourth and EPOS systems
• Possess a good command of the English language
• Are passionate about food and keen to develop their knowledge on the menu, wine and cocktail lists
• A WSET qualification is desirable but not essential
