Description
We are looking for experienced and committed Chefs de Partie to join the team at our stunning private members club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square.
The Birley Clubs encompasses some of London’s finest private members clubs; Annabel’s, Mark’s Club, Harry’s Bar, George and Bath & Racquets all based in Mayfair.
Arguably one of London’s most iconic members clubs founded in 1963, Annabel’s is the only one of its kind: a members-only dancing and dining club offering sophisticated entertainment and excellent food in the heart of Mayfair. Over 50 years later, its décor provides the same timeless combination of comfort, glamour and intimacy, its atmosphere still as unforgettable and celebratory as ever.
As Chef de Partie we expect you to effectively run a section ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and meet the standards of the Head Chef. A Chef de Partie is responsible for ensuring the more junior chefs in the section are given clear direction and effectively supervised to be able to develop their knowledge and skills.
We are ideally looking for a Chef de Partie who has:
• Minimum of 1 years’ CdP experience in a high quality and busy destination restaurant
• A passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
• An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Previous experience of working within a seafood restaurant would be beneficial but not essential
