Pan Asian Chef de Partie

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pan Asian Chef de Partie to join the team at Annabel’s private members club, part of the Birley Group.

The Birley Group encompasses some of London’s finest private members clubs; Annabel’s, Mark’s Club, Harry’s Bar, George and Bath & Racquets all based in Mayfair. Arguably one of London’s most iconic members clubs founded in 1963, Annabel’s is the only one of its kind; a members-only dancing and dining club offering sophisticated entertainment and excellent food in the heart of Mayfair.

As Pan Asian Chef de Partie we expect you to effectively run a section ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and meet the standards of the Head Chef. A Chef de Partie is responsible for ensuring the more junior chefs in the section are given clear direction and effectively supervised to be able to develop their knowledge and skills.

We are ideally looking for a Chef de Partie who has:
• Minimum of 1 years’ Chef de Partie experience in a high quality and busy destination restaurant
• A passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude and is an excellent team player
• Have experience working within a high quality Pan Asian restaurant or knowledge of Pan Asian ingredients
