Demi Chef de Partie

We have an exciting opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the team of our stunning private members club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and includes restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The nightclub is located in the basement of the townhouse and pays homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden offers year-round dining. The dining options are extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity.

As Demi Chef de Partie you will support the Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth running of the section with all dishes leaving the section being of the highest quality and presentation. You must have a passion for developing your skills and knowledge to enable you to progress in the kitchen. Ability to take direction from the more senior chefs and be a good listener is essential as a Demi Chef de Partie. You will stand in for the Chef de Partie in their absence and be expected to maintain the high standards and quality of the restaurant.

We are ideally looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who has:
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Demi Chef
• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in high volume and fast paced restaurant
• A passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
• A keen desire to learn and is a highly motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Pride in the presentation and quality of their work
