Appetite4Work are now recruiting for an Assistant Front of House Manager for a beautiful village Pub close to Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
The Place
The pub is really the heart of the community and serves amazing food Monday to Sunday and the owners are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated manager to join their great team now the business has reopened. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis.
The Person
We are looking for a personable, friendly and reliable manager who has had experience in running a similar operation. The ideal candidate will understand how to deliver an excellent customer experience and should be able to ensure that the team is trained to deliver fantastic consistent service time after time.
The Assistant Front of House Manager will be responsible for supporting the owners in overseeing the day to day operations of the pub, including:
- Staff Management and rota's
- Restaurant and bar bookings
- Maintaining hygiene
- Staff training
- Opening and closing procedures
