Description

For our Revenue Management Centre, Central and South Eastern Europe, we are looking for an experienced Senior Cluster Revenue Manager in full-time, based in Frankfurt.

Within a team of Senior/Cluster Revenue Managers, with the support of our on-site data analysts and inventory control team and in close cooperation with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will be responsible for a set of hotels located in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Poland or South-East Europe

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager:
• Optimize the hotels’ performance versus budgeted targets and/or their competitor set
• Maximize room revenue and RevPAR Penetration (RGI) by setting and following respective strategies
• Maximize non-room revenue (M&E and/or F&D) by using revenue opportunities
• Ensure effective pricing for all market segments (including transient, group and M&E)
• Monitor competitor pricing and understand the dynamics of the market
• Monitor PMS data management, i.e. inventory management, segmentation, rate loading
• Generate forecasts and budgets for room and M&E/F&D revenue in close cooperation with the assigned hotels
• Leads a small team of Cluster Revenue Managers
• Occasional business travels to align with teams on property
• Implement area and/or brand level initiatives including tactical promotions
• Support analyses for new projects / markets in cooperation with business development

What we are looking for:
• Minimum 2 years direct experience of a revenue management role incorporating a variety of markets and business sizes
• Good knowledge of OTA
• Desirable to be experienced in hotel systems (IDeaS, Opera PMS, S&C and CRS)
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal English, German would be an advantage
• Work permit valid for Germany
